Co-Founder & Head Coach
Tim is the co-founder of Cricket Insight and one of the most experienced coaches in the
region. With over a decade of Grade Cricket—nearly all of it at 1st Grade—Tim has competed at the highest levels of the NSW pathway. He is a two-time Junior National
Champion, a NSW All Schools representative, and has coached Green Shield and PGS for North Sydney.
Tim has been coaching for over half a decade and currently serves as the Head Coach of the North Sydney Junior Cricket Club. His coaching career includes a PGS premiership and multiple junior club premierships. Tim holds a Level 2 Cricket Australia Coaching

Hamish Reynolds

Co-Founder & Senior Coach
Hamish is the co-founder of Cricket Insight and brings close to a decade of Grade Cricket
experience, including three seasons in the top grade. A Junior National Champion and NSW All Schools representative, Hamish has established himself as one of the most driven young coaches in Sydney.
He is the Assistant Coach of the North Sydney Green Shield squad and the Head Coach of
the North Sydney Junior Cricket Club. With almost five years of coaching experience,
Hamish has also won a PGS premiership as a player and holds Cricket Australia coaching
accreditation.
Jamieson Hedges

Senior Coach & Fast Bowling Specialist
Jamieson has played close to a decade of Grade Cricket and is entering his fourth season in
1st Grade. A proven leader, he captained his side to a PGS premiership and has built a
strong reputation as a high-performance fast-bowling coach.
With five years of coaching experience, Jamieson currently coaches at the North Sydney
Junior Cricket Club and works within Women’s Premier Cricket as a bowling coach. He holds
Cricket Australia coaching accreditation.
Aaryan Dixit

Development Coach
Aaryan has played almost a decade of Grade Cricket and made his 1st Grade debut a few
seasons ago. He is a Cricket Australia–accredited coach and currently works within the
North Sydney Junior Cricket Club, helping young players build strong fundamentals and
confidence.
Aaryan brings energy, enthusiasm, and modern playing experience to his coaching, making
him an excellent mentor for players of all levels.
