PRIVACY POLICY

Enrollment & Eligibility

  • Programs are open to players aged 8–18.

  • Players must be medically fit to participate.

  • Enrollment is confirmed once booking and payment are completed.

2. Payments & Bookings

  • All sessions are pay-per-session unless otherwise stated.

  • Payment must be made before the session begins.

  • Prices are subject to change with notice.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full.

  • Sessions cancelled by the academy due to weather or safety will be rescheduled or credited.

4. Attendance & Punctuality

  • Players are expected to arrive 10 minutes early.

  • Late arrivals may result in reduced session time.

  • Repeated lateness may affect future bookings.

5. Player Conduct

  • Players must show respect to coaches, teammates, and equipment.

  • Unsafe or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.

  • Coaches reserve the right to remove a player if behaviour risks safety.

6. Safety & Injury Policy

  • Player safety is our top priority.

  • Protective gear (helmet, pads, gloves) must be worn when required.

  • Any injuries must be reported to the coach immediately.

  • Parents/guardians are responsible for medical treatment if required.

7. Weather Policy

  • Outdoor sessions may be modified or cancelled due to rain, extreme heat, or unsafe conditions.

  • Parents will be notified as early as possible.

8. Photography & Video

  • Training sessions may be recorded for coaching and analysis purposes.

  • Photos/videos may be used for promotional content unless parents request otherwise in writing.

9. Equipment Responsibility

  • Players are responsible for their own personal gear.

  • Cricket Insight is not liable for lost or damaged personal items.

10. Coaching Standards

  • All coaches deliver sessions in a professional, positive, and supportive manner.

  • Coaching methods focus on long-term development, confidence, and enjoyment of the game.

11. Privacy

  • Personal information is kept confidential and used only for academy communication and administration.

  • Details will not be shared with third parties without consent.

12. Policy Updates

  • Cricket Insight reserves the right to update policies at any time.

  • Changes will be communicated through the website or direct contact.
